Firstly, please check the availabilty of our campervans to ensure we have one available at the time required. You can then reserve a van via our booking form, or contact us directly and we will reserve the van for you. From there a rough guide to the booking process is as follows:
- Once you have made a reservation, we will send you an email with details of everything we require from you.
- When we have these details from you, we will send you an official reservation with a link to make payment. If there are more than 30 days before the hire period, you will only need to pay 50% of the total charge. The final 50% will become due for payment 30 days before hire. You can cancel at anytime up to 14 days before your trip with a refund. For our refund policy please see our terms and conditions.
- Upon full payment the campervan is yours for the agreed dates and you can relax in the knowledge it will be fully prepared for you.
On the day of Hire
- We will need to see your driving licence and two forms of ID (pre-approved via email).
- Your paperwork will be completed and a £500 security deposit will be payable by cash, card or bank transfer.
- The campervan will be inspected by you and us and the condition, mileage, fuel level, etc will be agreed and signed off.
- We will give you a full demonstration of the campervan and its features. Feel free to ask as many questions or go over things as many times as you need, until to feel comfortable with everything.
